Now that the holidays are over, TCNA would like to offer a weight loss support group. There will be a weekly weigh- in as well as recipe swaps. Our Registered Dietician, Marie Veselsky, will be available to guide and support our progress. There will be no fee for joining this group. We need some info from you!
